‘Shimmer’- Earrings in silver dipped in 24ct gold

I strive to produce beautifully made simple, elegant and contemporary pieces which are easily wearable today and will remain so for years to come.

I love to experiment with new ideas and work in a very practical hands-on way with the materials, playing with colour, surface finishes and form.  For the shimmer collection each strand is individually worked to give it the subtle light-catching texture, tensile strength and delicacy.  I developed my own method of electro-plating the strands of silver to give the appearance of being luxuriously dipped in 24ct gold.  The repetition of the simple element produces an endless array of possibilities in design which are dynamic, tactile and glamorous.
