AMANDA MANSELL

British designer Amanda Mansell designs and makes jewellery from her studio in the heart of London’s historic Jewellery Quarter; Hatton Garden. Working closely with a select group of skilled craftsmen, she ensures the quality of her work celebrates expertise and high standards that compliment her passion for distinctive and excellent design.

Specialising in high-end bespoke fine jewellery, she individually designs and crafts pieces from the finest materials. Whether a wedding ring, engagement ring, necklace for a special birthday or a bracelet to mark an anniversary, every piece is exclusively designed and created with integrity. Furthermore her ‘Renaissance’ service allows her to reincarnate new jewellery from old by innovatively mixing the past with the present to create jewellery that can be cherished in the future.

Amanda has enjoyed a varied and exciting career developing her jewellery business. Since graduating from the Royal College of Art in 1997 she has achieved many things including opening a jewellery gallery, writing Adorn (a book showcasing 176  international  cutting edge designers, published by Laurence King), commissioned and featured in a film called ‘For the love of it’, and awarded her Freedom of the Goldsmiths’ Company and City of London in recognition of her contribution to the jewellery industry.

Last year she exhibited for the first time at the prestigious Goldsmiths’ Fair, where an image of her concentric rings was used to promote the fair on London Underground posters and the printed flyer. She recently received the Gold award from the Goldsmiths’ Craft and Design Council for a ring design from the Concentric Circles series.
