Anthony Blakeney

Simplicity is the keyword with Anthony’s work, and he has sold his jewellery through large department stores, such as Selfridges and House of Fraser, and many small, independently run galleries across the U.K. and Europe. He has sold extensively to Japan, and had a stall at Covent Garden in London.

Yorkshire born Anthony was also the maker of the Super League Grand Final winners rings from 1998-2008, which have been played for at Old Trafford every year since 1998.


Anthony has taken part in several exhibitions nationwide, including Goldsmiths Hall, Leeds City Art gallery, Royal Academy Birmingham. He shows his work annually at the British Crafts Trade Fair, Harrogate, International Jewellery fair London and The Jewellery show Birmingham.

Annually Anthony showcases his work internationally at the Inhorgenta Show in Munich.

and Cathy SutherlandSheffield. There will be new collections of wedding and engagement rings, tiaras, cufflinks and bridesmaid jewellery by a wide of range of renowned jewellers including Mirri Damer who has recently made wedding rings for Dawn French and Malcolm Morris who created the tiaras for Gwyneth Paltrow in Shakespeare in Love. We will also be having a wide selection of work by other Yorkshire jewellers including Pamela DickinsonDriffield; Adele Taylor, Sheffield; Anthony Blakeney, Leeds; Chris Boland, Sheffield; Angela KnipeScarborough,
and Chris Philipson, Knaresborough.
